 Rice Fields -

Go anywhere around Alibaug in the month of July. Along the road you will definitely see paddy harvesting going on in the fields. In Pune, Mumbai, there are many groups that organize rice sowing programs and take money from you, but in Alibaug, you can enjoy this pleasure easily anywhere. Stop your car on the side of the road and get down in the fields and learn paddy cultivation. This is accompanied with the local traditional songs. Much sweeter than everyday Bollywood and Hollywood. The soft touch of that black soil will definitely remain in your memory.

 Beaches

The beauty of the sea is different in every season and equally charming. Sometimes calm and smooth, sometimes with crashing and foaming waves, and sometimes a raging, raging form. Beaches are often less crowded during heavy rains. At high tide one hears only the sound of the waves and you forget the rest of the world, realising the vastness of that ocean. You must experience this ocean at least once by sitting on the shore during monsoons.
