Serra Ferdinandea White French Groote Post MCC Rosé :This medium bodied Sicilian white has a pale gold colour with a nose revealing white peach, herbs, and a light citrus blossom. On the palate, you will taste vibrant acidity balanced by fresh lemon zest, and a gentle saline quality characteristic of its coastal terroir. A great summer wine and could be paired well with seafood and light Mediterranean cuisine.
