Shin Tsuchida K Kijoshu there is no way backIt is a luxrious sake that was partly brewed with sake instead of water using the double fermented (Kijoshu) method. This method leaves more residual suger and is naturally sweeter than typical sakes. Even though you might usually not like sweet sake or wine, you may be surprised to find that this sake is very enjoyable. The high acidity and the complexitiy of the taste makes it well balanced and a wonderful food pairing drink. It's very enjoyable
