Paul Giraud VS GC 40% 700ml Size::6 Bottle Case An astonishing nose

An astonishing nose

Fermented in open stainless steel tanks before partial maturation in two and three year old French oak for six months

A portion of the ferment was first air-dried before fermentation (appassimento)—a process intended to simultaneously soften and lengthen the wine’s tannic frame while adding layers of flavour complexity

The wines used to blend this LBV were drawn from a reserve of some of the best full-bodied red Ports

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood

Paul Giraud VS GC 40% 700ml Size::6 Bottle Case An astonishing noseAs a cognac craftsman, Paul Giraud himself takes great care over every stage in the long process of making his excellent cognacs: hand picking, distillation with pearl cutting, slow ageing in humid cellars and careful selection of the best eaux de vie. The youngest expression in the range, the VS is, while approachable, dripping with personality and an impressive length.
