The EPX3 epoxy cartridge contains two components of resin within a single 10 oz. tube. The nozzle at the end of the cartridge mixes these two components evenly. The mixing of epoxy grout requires a significant amount of force. A regular painters caulk gun will not provide enough force to get the job done. The CG40 caulk gun has a 40: 1 mechanical gain, making mixing
